This place suits me perfectly, providing free Wi-Fi, a gym, and 24-hour reception. I’ll never forget how the staff helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay. Highly recommend the relaxing jacuzzi!

Great access to the subway station!

My stay at this hotel was tremendously disappointing. The staff exhibited extreme rudeness, making me feel unwelcome. Even when I asked for help with my luggage, the employees acted as if I were a burden. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, and I felt uncomfortable during my entire visit.

Pool policy unclear for families.

The pool was fantastic with stunning city views, and the relaxing spa provided a perfect retreat after a busy day. The gym was well-equipped, and I loved the convenient access to nearby shopping areas.

The service was amazing! The location couldn't be more perfect, with nice views right by the river and easy access to cute nearby coffee shops. Plus, I loved the delectable breakfast spread. It was a feast for the senses!

Excellent Location with Wonderful Staff

I had a fantastic stay during my three nights at this elegant hotel. It's perfectly situated near the subway and within walking distance of great restaurants and the scenic riverbank. The staff were incredibly attentive, going out of their way to make my stay special, including a lovely surprise tray of sweets for our honeymoon. The only minor aspect to improve would be the gym access, which came with an extra fee, catching me off guard.

I enjoyed the well-appointed room with modern amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway. Staff provided excellent service and were always attentive. Breakfast had a diverse selection of options. A great experience!

More comfortable seating in common areas.

I stayed in a Superior Twin Room, and it was really comfortable. The beds were good size and super cozy for a good night's sleep. The decor felt a bit retro, kind of charming, but the carpet was showing some wear. I liked the amenities, especially the facial products and nice touches like a jewelry box. The bathroom felt a bit cramped and old-fashioned for such a nice hotel, though. Overall, there were a lot of little details that made the room nice but some areas that could use a refresh.
